missingWrote a review on Dec 20big comfy roomcool hotel vibelong cafe wait
Absolutely loved my big, comfy room with a view! The hotel’s vibe is so cool, with all those artist memorabilia everywhere. Seriously, the bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud!
But the wait for food at the cafe was like waiting for a snail to finish a marathon—yikes! Next time, I’ll just nibble on the memorabilia instead!

We planned a staycation with our kids, excited to explore the nearby attractions. The variety of dining options was a plus, and we enjoyed the Asian restaurant’s food. However, we faced a frustrating issue with a smoking fee that was wrongly applied due to the sensitive fresh air sensor in our room. Although the kids loved the hotel decor, the service at the Sugar Factory was disappointingly slow, leading us to opt for grab-and-go meals instead.

missingWrote a review on Nov 07great diningcomfortable gymlive musicbathroom cleanlinessice machinecheck-in wait
The room had a fantastic ocean view. I loved how spacious it felt, with plenty of natural light pouring in. The bed provided a restful sleep, and the staff at check-in were friendly, making the process quick. The amenities like the gym were impressive, perfect for a workout during my stay. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere throughout the hotel, especially near the casino area with the live music. There were lots of dining options. The food at Council Oak Fish was fresh and delicious, definitely a highlight. However, I did encounter some issues. The bathroom cleanliness needed attention. I found trash left over from a previous guest. The ice machines weren’t working, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the wait during check-in was longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long trip. Sometimes the common areas felt a bit cluttered, and finding the right path around the hotel could be confusing with poor signage.

Comfort and Fun by the Beach
The room was spacious with a large bathroom, making our stay quite enjoyable. Being right on the boardwalk gave us easy access to plenty of dining options.
The loud AC kept us awake at night, and parking was an added hassle. The area outside felt a bit unsafe for evening walks.

The dining options were off-the-charts delicious, with restaurants that served everything from mouthwatering steaks to fresh seafood, making every meal an adventure!

missingWrote a review on Sept 23comfortable roomquick accesssmoke smell
The room in the South Tower Classic King offered a comfy ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day on the boardwalk. Multiple elevators ensured quick access from the room to the casino and various entertainment options.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere had a lingering smell of smoke, which might not sit well with non-smokers. Additionally, I encountered inconsistent cleaning. some areas felt a bit neglected, such as dusty corners that suggested a deeper clean was overdue. The ice machines were out of order, which made for a slight inconvenience when I wanted a cold drink in the sweltering heat.

i loved the view from the north tower. the room was nice and comfy, had a desk and a living room chair, which was cool. the bathroom had this nice walk-in shower. overall, the vibe was great and the staff was friendly too.
the buffet was just ok and felt like i was overpaying. also, charging for parking is pretty lame for a hotel that makes so much money.
